Char Melby, PHR Human Resources Assistant

Char joins Allardyce Resources with over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has extensive expertise in the areas of Employee Benefit Programs, New Employee Orientation, Workers Compensation Case Management, Drug and Alcohol Awareness Programs, Safety, OSHA compliance and Corporate Training and Development Programs.

To enhance her Human Resources proficiencies, Char has continued to update her education.  She has earned certificates from UC Davis College of Continuing Education in the Workers Compensation and Human Resources programs. Additionally, she holds certifications from Sacramento State College of Continuing Education in Human Resources, as well as Training departments.

She is currently a national member of SHRM as well as the local chapter of Sacramento Area of Human Resources Association (SAHRA).

Char has held the prestigious title of Professional in Human Resources through the national SHRM society since 2004.
