Kristi Cappelletti-Matthews Bio

Kristi has over 18 years of Human Resources experience, including 10 years specializing in programs for domestic, sales, executive and international compensation. She has worked across multiple industries including healthcare, software and semiconductors. Her areas of expertise include compensation and benefit program design and analysis, HR policy development and implementation, incentive design and variable pay programs. She is able to design and deliver training programs for employees, supervisors, managers and executives. 

Kristi has a Masters Degree from San Jose State University in Sociology. She has been an Officer on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Compensation and Benefit Association for the past five years, and is currently serving as the President. She is certified in Internal Investigations in the Workplace through Council. She is also a member of a local HR Management Forum as well as the Sacramento High Tech Employers Association (SAHTEA).  Other memberships include the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the local chapter of the Sacramento Area Human Resources Association (SAHRA) and the Total Rewards Association - WorldatWork.
