Nancy Allardyce, SPHR-CA President and Senior Consultant

Nancy has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources. For the past seven years she has focused on complete HR outsourcing with small and mid-sized businesses. She has extensive expertise in the areas of legal compliance, wage and hour laws in the state of California, management training, sexual harassment prevention training, problem resolution, compensation plans and leadership coaching. 

As an instructor at U.C. Davis Extension, Nancy has eight years of teaching experience in their Human Resources certificate curriculum. 

Nancy is also a seasoned facilitator and trainer volunteering for public speaking and educational presentations in the greater Sacramento area.

She is currently a member of the National HR society, SHRM as well as the local association, NCHRA.  She has also served on the Board of Directors of the local Sacramento Area Human Resources Association as well as the local chapter of American Society of Training and Development. 

Nancy has held the prestigious title of Senior Professional in Human Resources through the national SHRM society since 1999, as well as the new California HR certification also offered through SHRM.
